Duties will include:-
1. Responsible for over-all direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control & completion of specific projects.
2. Define and develop full-scale project plans, scopes, deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with higher management and implements changes / revisions as appropriate to achieve project output and to meet needs and requirements.
3. Manage and control project budget, identify and estimate resources and manpower needed to achieve project goals.
4. Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools to ensure completion as per contract time schedule.
5. Develop, prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations and other required documentations.
6. Lead, motivate, coach, mentor, support and supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive action, high productivity and accountability for their assigned work.
7. Perform other task/s required by Direct Superior.
