Responsibilities :-
-Hands-on experience in sales and shipping co-ordination work
-Familiar with shipping cycle, follow-up, export and import clearance, shipping documentation, delivery to final destination
-Must know the terms in the shipping/logistic industry
Capable in negotiation to reduce transport/clearance time and costs
-Sales and Purchasing coordination which involves quotation, order, invoicing cycle
Requirements :-
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or any relevant qualification
-Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience with good work knowledge of import & export of oil and gas products
-Ability to handle MS Word and Excel. MS Powerpoint would be an advantage
-A self-starter character, initiative with a mature state of mind in handling various clients
-Good and convincing communication in English is a must
