Essential Skills:
Project / Programme Management experience, specifically in the Oil & Gas sector and particularly in the area of IT solutions.
Valid Project Management certification: Specifically PMP or PRINCE2.
Knowledge and experience of a standard Project Management methodology.
Expertise with recognized project planning and scheduling tools.
Knowledge and experience of applying quality principles.
Excellent planning skills with ability to prioritize and manage your own work on a number of simultaneous projects.
The ability to manage and control costs to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.
Forward thinking and proactivity, particularly in relation to assessing and managing risks to a project.
The ability to effectively manage external project resources.
The ability to effectively manage delivery from third party suppliers.
Sound commercial awareness
Written and spoken fluency in English. Arabic is advantageous.
DOF experience advantageous.
The majority of the work is with our clients based in the Middle East so candidates should either live in the region, be willing to relocate to the region, or be willing to travel extensively to the region.
